Your Opinion Counts: IAH Strategic Overview Series Survey

We are currently undertaking a survey to seek opinions, feedback and ideas regarding our Strategic Overview Series, which are aimed to inform professionals in a variety of sectors of key interactions with groundwater resources and hydrogeological science. They are also intended to aid IAH members and supporters in their outreach efforts.

Please take a moment to provide your comments. We also welcome your suggestions for future titles

The survey will be open until the end of April 2018. We are seeking representation from far and wide, so please do pass the message on. The results will be published later in the year and will be considered carefully by IAH’s Executive and Council as part of IAH’s educational plans.

Picture our IAH

It’s back! Win £100 with our returning photo competition! IAH continually needs to add to its library of photos and over the years has come to realise that the best way of picturing the Association at work is by asking its members. Our Association has to reach out world-wide, to individuals speaking different languages and with different needs and priorities. A picture can portray something more effectively than words. We are therefore happy to bring back our photo competition “Picture our IAH”. The closing date is 31st August 2017.

Time to say goodbye – and welcome!

After nine years as the executive manager of IAH, John Chilton is retiring from this position. During the past years, John has been our source of information, backbone of IAH, supporter in ECHN and other IAH issues, and above all – has become a good friend to many of the IAH community. Thank you, John, for your support and energy! We are also happy to welcome Ian Davey as the new executive manager. We are all looking forward to working with you!
